100 Happy Days- Day 1:

Returning to the Gym!

This might sound like an odd one but I can’t tell you how much I’ve missed the gym! I went from having a personal trainer, running up Beacon Hill at 6am and squatting my life away to two back-to-back pregnancies; one with never ending sickness preventing me from moving and the second with a high risk baby I was too scared to move with!

Well that lovely little baby is now 7 months old and I seem to have lost all my baby weight… and then gained some back in that space of time πŸ˜• (I blame Christmas) with only 20 weeks (Nnnnnooooooo!!!) left before my return to work, now is the time to do something about it!

It’s not just the fact of losing weight though, I miss being fitter. I miss coming out of the gym all sweaty, full of adrenaline and sleeping 8 hours without waking. I miss taking my frustrations out at the gym. I’m sick of my restless legs syndrome flaring up every night, so a visit to the gym was definitely welcome!

Fingers crossed for a good nights sleep!
